As soon as your return arrives and has been inspected, the invoice amount will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

The refund is issued via the payment method you originally selected.

Yes, if you return the entire order, you'll also get the shipping costs back. If you keep one or more items from the order, the shipping costs still apply. In this case, only the purchase price of the returned shoes will be refunded.

You'll receive your refund within 7-14 days after handing over the return.
