Your tasks:

• Customer support and clarification of inquiries via email, social media and phone.

• Processing customer inquiries regarding complaints and returns.

• Fraud Prevention.

• Documenting any concerns in the database and communication tools.

• Data entry and maintenance.

Your profile:

• The customer is always your focus and you support a customer-oriented culture.

• You are committed to finding a solution for all of our customers' concerns.

• You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer and service orientation.

• You are charming, confident and engaging on the phone, in e-mails and in social media.

• You can communicate confidently and clearly in both spoken and written German and English.

• Ideally, you have gained initial relevant professional experience in customer service in the fashion sector.

• You have a good understanding of software systems, mobile devices and other technical products.

• You are confident in the use of common MS Office programs.

• You are reliable and distinguish yourself through a high level of commitment and sense of responsibility.

• You work both independently and well and enjoy working in a team.
